Brewer's 19 mounting adapters are the small parts you need to install a tensioner on a frame that was not originally specified for one. Three families. Bore inserts (DB and AB series) reduce a tensioner's mounting bore to a smaller shaft size when you cannot resize the bore. Clevis brackets (BB0001 through BB0006) bridge between flat mounting surfaces and a tensioner's pivoting attachment point. Shoulder washers (BB0013 through BB0016) space and align tensioners against non-standard mounting flanges.
These are inexpensive parts, but they are the difference between a clean install and a hack job. If you have an existing machine with worn or non-standard mounting holes, the adapter line is what you reach for before drilling new holes in expensive equipment.
Each adapter has specific bore diameters and overall dimensions published in the product spec table. Cross-reference against your machine's drawing or measure the existing hardware before ordering.
