Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns
  • Contact with Texas Belting staff must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. 
  • To begin your return process please call or email [sales@texasbelting] to obtain an RMA number from an associate.
  • Non stocked items are subject to review and may not be returnable.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in the original packaging.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will not be able to refund your order.

  • In certain situations, partial refunds are granted except for:
  • Any item not in its original condition; any item that has been damaged or is missing parts due to operator or machine error or any circumstance that was not distributor error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Made to Order Parts, custom cut, custom size, sale items, and/or specialty items.
  • If you believe that your order may be eligible for return, please either give us a call or send us an email. Before a return can be accepted, we must issue you an RMA# (ex: RMA#1234). This number must be visible on the outside of the package; as well as attached to the product(s) inside, if it is separated from its packaging during shipment i.e.: Tag or Label (Do Not Write on the item(s) itself).

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 3-5 working days. Call (713) 926-9421 to begin processing a return.

  • For returned products restocking fees range from 15%-30% depending on manufacturer. Gates products under $75 cannot be returned without authorization.
  • Exchanges

If you would like to exchange items from your order, you will need to return the previously purchased item and then place a new order through the website. Call (713) 926-9421 to begin processing an exchange.

  • Shipping
  • ALL Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an item is lost during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping company.
