Gates Shipping Policy
Due to a change in Gates' shipping policy, many items are only available to ship in an expedited method. Please contact us for information on minimum order requirements for a ground shipment or alternative manufacturers with direct replacements.
Bando Shipping Policy
Due to a change in Bando's shipping policy products listed on our website require a cart minimum of $55 in order to ship.
All stocked orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order.
Orders placed with a manufacturer are varying shipment dates.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
All orders placed after close of business on Friday, will be processed on the following business day. *This includes all expedited shipping methods as well.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS (1-7 day shipping times)
UPS (Ground- is a 1-5 day shipping service)
FedEx (Ground – is a 1-5 day shipping service)
All orders placed with expedited shipping must be received no later than 1PM CST to be shipped the same day. Ordered placed after cutoff will ship via the chosen expedited method the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Times
All estimated shipping times given on Texasbelting.com only apply to orders being shipped from our Houston, TX Warehouse. If an item is shipping from another location shipping estimates provided by the website will not apply.
*To ensure your order is received within a certain time frame, you will need to select and pay for an expedited shipping method.
If a tracking # is a provided feature by your selected shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Once an order has been shipped and received by the carrier, Texas Belting & Supply, Inc. is no longer liable for lost, late, or missing packages.
A claim will need to be filed with your chosen carrier for reimbursement.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If an item is currently backordered with the manufacturer, you will receive an email stating that the ordered item(s) are on backordered with the manufacturer, along with the current lead time given by the manufacturer.
You will also receive notification if we were able to locate the same item(s) (Direct Replacement) in stock with another manufacturer that can be shipped to you as a substitution for your item(s).
Please respond to the email to let us know that substitutions are okay or if you would rather place the order on backorder or if you would like to cancel your order for a full refund.
Orders will be placed on HOLD until we have received approval to substitute an item. We will not substitute without approval.
If we do not hear back from you, your item will then be placed on backorder with the manufacturer ordered after a period of 15 days and contact attempt was unsuccessful.
In the event of a partial shipment your order will be shipped with the originally chosen method with the exception of orders being shipped from Gates. These subsequent shipments will be sent through FedEx.
All backordered item(s) will ship according to the lead time provided and via the chosen method of shipment on checkout.
If an item goes on back order, the part of your order that is in stock will ship by the chosen method of shipment. When the backordered item(s) become available, they will ship via the originally chosen method. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
