Powerhouse Timing Pulleys

Powerhouse® timing pulleys use a modified curvilinear tooth profile that carries roughly twice the load of a standard curvilinear pulley of the same size, letting drives shrink in width or diameter without giving up capacity. This collection covers more than 1,300 pulleys in 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, and 14 mm pitches, from 12 to 216 teeth.

Materials include clear anodized aluminum and polycarbonate on small pitches and steel, ductile iron, and cast iron on larger drives, with finished bores and Taper-Lock® bushed options. Powerhouse pulleys run standard curvilinear belts of matching pitch and width.
