The BWX-MI base belt construction features a flexible multi-ply rubber carcass with vulcanized corrugated sidewalls and cross-cleats (T-cleats) that form pockets to contain and elevate bulk materials. Available in multiple base belt widths and cross-cleat configurations. Beltwall systems are fully custom engineered based on conveyor geometry, material characteristics, required throughput, and environmental conditions.
