What Are Incline Cleat, Chevron & Specialty?
Incline cleat, chevron, and specialty profile conveyor belts are engineered for steep-angle conveying where standard roughtop surfaces cannot provide sufficient grip. Cleat top belts have raised transverse bars molded into the carrying surface. Chevron belts feature a continuous V-pattern that channels material toward the belt center. Diamond top provides multi-directional grip. Steepgrade, V-ridge, and supergrip profiles handle the steepest angles up to 45 degrees. These belts are available in SBR, MOR, neoprene, pure gum, and nitrile compounds on 2 to 4 ply polyester and CP30 carcasses.
