Why Choose Live Roller Belts?
Live roller conveyor systems move packages by driving rollers beneath a flat belt. This design requires belts with specific properties that general-purpose conveyor belts do not provide: very low bottom-surface friction to reduce drag across rollers, high tensile strength with minimal stretch to maintain consistent belt tension over long runs, anti-static properties to protect sensitive electronics during automated sorting, and durable TPU top covers that resist abrasion from continuous package contact.

On-Site Finger Splice Tooling
All three live roller belt models are designed for fast field installation using dedicated finger splice tooling. The compact, lightweight FP-200R Finger Puncher and NPS-2005R-1 Heat Press allow on-site splicing in approximately 17.5 minutes — significantly faster and lighter than competing splice tool systems.
