Description
2012x50mm Taper-Lock® Style Bushing, 50mm Bore, Steel
The 2012x50mm is a 2012 series Taper-Lock style bushing with a 50mm bore, machined from solid steel with a black oxide finish. It mounts any 2012-bushed component, including sheaves, sprockets, and timing pulleys, to a 50mm shaft. Every bushing is machined from solid stock, never sintered or powdered metal, which matters in a part that transmits its load through a friction fit.
$50 minimum order on drive components. Mix and match any pulleys, bushings, sheaves, sprockets, and accessories in your cart to reach the $50 minimum. Questions? Call (888) 203-2358.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the 2012x50mm bushing fit?
It fits any sheave, sprocket, pulley, or coupling machined for a 2012 series Taper-Lock style bushing, and mounts that component to a 50mm shaft. The 2012 size is standardized across manufacturers, so the component brand does not matter.
How does a Taper-Lock style bushing install?
The bushing is split and tapered. Slide it onto the shaft, seat the component over it, and tighten the pull-up screws in the threaded holes. The screws draw the taper into the component, clamping the bushing onto the shaft. To remove, back the screws out and use them in the jacking holes to break the taper free.
Does the 2012x50mm ship from Houston?
Yes. Stock items ship same day from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Call (888) 203-2358 to confirm availability.
