The Q1x15/16 is a Q1 series split taper bushing with a 15/16 in bore, machined from solid steel with a black oxide finish. It mounts any Q1-bushed component, including sheaves, sprockets, and timing pulleys, to a 15/16 in shaft. Every bushing is machined from solid stock, never sintered or powdered metal, which matters in a part that transmits its load through a friction fit.

Split taper bushings are split through both the barrel and the taper, with a keyed barrel. Slide the bushing onto the shaft, seat the component, and tighten the cap screws. The double split gives high clamping force on the shaft without scoring it. Reverse the screws into the jacking holes to remove.
