SDSx15/16 QD® Style Bushing, 15/16 in Bore, Steel
The SDSx15/16 is a SDS series QD style bushing with a 15/16 in bore, machined from solid steel with a black oxide finish. It mounts any SDS-bushed component, including sheaves, sprockets, and timing pulleys, to a 15/16 in shaft. Every bushing is machined from solid stock, never sintered or powdered metal, which matters in a part that transmits its load through a friction fit.

How does a QD style bushing install?
QD style bushings are flanged and split through the flange and barrel. Slide the bushing onto the shaft, seat the component on the taper, and tighten the cap screws through the flange into the component. Torquing the screws compresses the split barrel onto the shaft. Reverse the screws into the jacking holes to remove.
