How to calculate: Wrap a tape around the top surface of the belt. Multiply by 10. OC 35.5" becomes 3V355 (wrapped) or 3VX355 (cogged). To upgrade from wrapped to cogged, insert "X": 3V500 becomes 3VX500. Same sheave, same length.
