PowerRated / Hi-Power II Cogged
Gates' cogged classical V-belt line uses the same cross sections as Hi-Power II (AX, BX, CX) with raw edge sidewalls and molded cogs for improved flexibility, heat dissipation, and longer life. Direct drop-in replacement for Hi-Power II on the same sheaves.

Tri-Power / Super HC

Predator
Predator is Gates' premium extreme-duty V-belt designed for the harshest applications. It uses aramid (Kevlar) tensile cords instead of fiberglass for extraordinary strength and durability under shock loads and pulsating conditions. The "bareback" (uncovered top) construction allows the belt to slip under extreme overload without catastrophic failure, protecting the drive.
