What Are Elevator, Sidewall & Specialty Heavy Duty?
This family covers specialized heavy duty belt constructions that go beyond standard flat conveying. Bucket elevator belts are punched and fitted with buckets for vertical material transport in grain, aggregate, and industrial facilities. Beltwall corrugated sidewall belts feature molded sidewalls and cleats that allow conveying at extreme angles up to 90° vertical. Hot stock and water belts are designed for steel mill, foundry, and quench tank applications where hot material or water contact would destroy standard rubber compounds. Power transmission belts (CP30 and silver hard duck) transfer mechanical power between pulleys in industrial drive systems. Texas Belting stocks all configurations and fabricates to exact specifications.
