What We Added in 2026

Over the course of 2026 we added bearings, oil seals and wear sleeves, roller chain and chain sprockets, conveyor belt fasteners, idlers and tensioners, sheaves, bushings, hubs and couplings, timing pulleys with their flanges and bar stock, gears and gear rack, worm gear reducers, motors, drives and controls, and a V-belt line. This page indexes all of it in one place.

It is arranged by what you buy rather than by the month it landed or the brand it came from, because that is how people arrive here: with a bearing number, a chain size, a torn belt end, or a motor nameplate photographed on a phone. If you want the calendar instead, it is under when each line landed, near the bottom.

Nothing was removed to make room. V-belts, timing belts and conveyor belting are in the same collections under the same part numbers, and those lines are not being wound down. This is an index rather than an announcement, and it is kept current so you can bookmark it instead of working through the menu.

How to read the numbers on this page

Two different kinds of number appear below, and they do not mean the same thing.

A number shown next to a collection link is that collection's current total, not a count of what was added this year. It is what the page shows when it loads. Several of these collections are years old and took on a block of new part numbers during 2026, so the total is larger than the addition, in places much larger. The V-belt sheave collection holds 6,602 sheaves today and 1,875 of those arrived this year. The bushing collection holds 6,852 and 2,137 of those are new. Reading either total as a count of what we added would overstate it by more than three times.

A number given without a collection link is a count of the parts in that line. It comes from the same catalog query that identified the line as new. Those figures appear in the bearing, seal, chain, fastener and idler sections, where the parts are in the catalog but do not have a category collection of their own to link from here.

Lines that were re-listed rather than added are not counted at all. A bulk re-import resets the created date on parts that have been on the site for years, which makes a long-standing line look new to a query and is the reason a date alone cannot be trusted. Megadyne, D&D Global, Bando and Continental were all re-listed during 2026 and none of them is a new line.

There is no total for the year on this page, and that is deliberate. Because a re-import moves the created date without anything actually being new, a single headline number would be a judgement about what counts as new rather than a count. The per line and per collection figures below each trace back to one query and stand on their own. They also overlap: a Worldwide Electric motor is counted in both the brand collection and the motor collection, and a bushing kit can sit in more than one listing, so adding the figures together produces nothing meaningful.

Bearings

Three bearing lines landed in April 2026. Between them they cover the unmounted ball and roller bearings, the mounted units, and the stainless mounted units, which is the split that usually decides where you look first.

Working from a bearing number is the quickest way in, because the number carries the bore, the series and usually the internal clearance. Working from a bearing in hand takes three measurements: bore, outside diameter and width, plus the housing style if it is a mounted unit. Makers stamp the number in different places and it is often worn off on the part that failed, so a photograph of both the bearing and the housing is usually faster than a written description. Bearings are also indexed from the power transmission hub along with chain and couplings.

Replace what caused the failure, not just the bearing. A bearing that came apart usually took the seal, and sometimes the shaft surface at the seal lip, with it. The oil seal and wear sleeve line below exists for exactly that job, and ordering the seal at the same time as the bearing saves the second outage.

Sprockets and roller chain

Chain hardware arrived in two parts. In April and May the BlackStar line brought 8,797 sprockets, and the Lynx line brought roller chain along with the link hardware and tools that go with it. In June a separate roller chain sprocket collection was built out, covering #25 through #80.

Two sprocket collections exist. Use the right one for the June line. The sprockets added in June are in /collections/roller-chain-sprockets, 731 items covering #25 through #80. A separate, older listing at /collections/sprockets holds 9,395 items and contains none of them. If a search result drops you on the larger listing and the part is not there, try the other one before concluding we do not carry it.

Reading a chain number before you order a sprocket

Chain and sprocket numbers follow the ASME B29.1 series, and the number itself tells you the pitch. The leading digits give pitch in eighths of an inch, so #40 is a half-inch pitch, #60 is three quarters and #80 is one inch. The trailing digit is the construction: 0 is standard roller chain, 1 is the lightweight series and 5 is the rollerless bushing type. That is why #40 and #41 share a half-inch pitch but are not interchangeable: the lightweight #41 series uses a smaller roller and a narrower inside width, so its sprocket teeth are cut thinner and the chain carries less load. Match pitch first, then roller diameter and inside width, then the number of strands, then the hub style that fits your shaft and mounting. Sheaves, bushings and hubs

This is the hardware between a belt and a shaft, and it grew in two steps. The BlackStar line in April and May brought 3,092 bushings, 2,865 sheaves, 525 hubs, 524 couplings and 370 set collars. The BBMfg line in June added further sheaves and bushings along with the Poly-V sheaves. The collection totals below include both, plus everything that was already here.

Hubs, couplings and set collars came in with the same line and do not have a category collection to link. There are 525 hubs, 524 couplings and 370 set collars in the catalog from it. Order a coupling by shaft sizes at both ends, the torque and the misalignment you have to live with, and remember that the coupling and the two hubs are three part numbers rather than one.

The bushing pages carry a cross-reference field. A 1008x1 bushing page, for example, lists the Dodge, Martin, Gates, US Tsubaki, TB Woods and Browning equivalents on the same screen, so you can confirm you have the right part before ordering rather than after. Confirm the bushing system before the sheave. The same nominal sheave is offered for more than one system, and a Taper-Lock bushing does not fit a QD sheave. That is the single most common reason a sheave and bushing ordered together will not go together.

Timing pulleys, flanges and bar stock

The synchronous drive hardware landed in June. If you already bought timing belts here and had to source the pulleys somewhere else, the pulleys, their flanges and the bar stock now sit in the same catalog as the belts.

Pitch alone does not identify a timing pulley

The metric families here overlap in pitch. HTD and MX both list 8 mm and 14 mm, and the Powerhouse metric line covers 2, 3 and 5 mm. A belt cut for one tooth profile does not necessarily seat correctly in the groove of another at the same pitch, and a mismatch shows up as tooth root cracking and ratcheting under load, not as an obvious fit problem on the bench. Confirm the profile as well as the pitch. If you have a belt in hand and no drawing, measure from the center of one tooth to the center of the eleventh tooth, which spans ten pitches, and divide by ten. Then confirm that profile against our belt cross reference.

Flanges are ordered separately, and the rule is not obvious

Timing pulley flanges do not come attached, and they are specific to both pitch and face width, so a flange for a 25 mm wide 8 mm pitch pulley does not fit a 30 mm one. Standard practice on a two-pulley drive is to flange both sides of one pulley, or one side of each pulley on opposite ends. Long center distances, generally over about eight times the small pulley diameter, and any drive on a vertical shaft call for both pulleys flanged on both sides. Gears and gear rack

Gearing sold as a component rather than inside a reducer housing, plus rack for linear travel, at /collections/gears-gear-rack, 591 in the collection. Added with the June line.

Spur gears and rack are specified by diametral pitch, pressure angle, number of teeth and face width, and two gears have to agree on the first two before anything else matters. If you are replacing one gear of a pair, count the teeth on both and measure the outside diameter of the one you are replacing; that is usually enough to pin the pitch. Rack is ordered by pitch, face and length, and the length you need depends on the travel plus the pinion engagement at each end of it.

Oil seals and wear sleeves

The Durus line landed in May 2026 and covers 2,846 parts: 2,510 oil seals, 272 wear sleeves and 64 end caps. This is the line that gets used at two in the morning, when a gearbox has been leaking down the side of a machine for a week and the shutdown finally arrived.

The three seal dimensions are usually printed on the seal itself, so photograph the old one before it goes in the bin. If it is already unreadable, measure the shaft where the seal rides, the bore it presses into, and the depth of the bore. Where the shaft has a visible groove worn into it by the old seal, a new seal on its own will leak again, which is what the wear sleeves are for.

Conveyor belt fasteners

The MATO line landed in April 2026: 1,959 parts across nine categories, covering plate fasteners, riveted and clip fasteners, the pins and rivets that go with them, belt clamps and the installation tools. For a conveyor operator this is the most directly useful thing added all year, because a mechanical splice is made on the belt where it sits, with a hand tool, and does not need the press, the heat and the cure time a vulcanized joint takes.

We are not going to print a selection chart here. Which fastener suits a given belt depends on belt thickness, pulley diameter and duty, and those three interact. That is a conversation rather than a table. Call (888) 203-2358 with the belt construction and thickness, the smallest pulley diameter the splice has to run over, and what the conveyor is moving, and we will tell you which of these lines fits and which pin and tool go with it.

Order the splice as a set rather than as one item. A hinged splice is the fastener, the pin and the installation tool, and if you do not already have the tool for that series it belongs on the same order. Belt clamps are the other thing people discover they need at the wrong moment, because the two belt ends have to be held together while the splice is made. If you are replacing the belt as well as the splice, start at the conveyor belt selector or the conveyor belt hub, and send the fastener along with the belt so both get quoted together.

Idlers and tensioners

The Brewer Machine and Gear line landed in May 2026, 212 parts. The largest categories in it are idler sprockets (49), tensioners (38), V-belt idlers (31), flat belt idlers (27), mounting adapters (19) and idler bushings (18).

A tensioner or idler is what you fit when the center distance is fixed and the drive cannot be tightened by moving the motor. On a chain drive it also controls the slack span, which is where chain whip starts. Specify the belt or chain it runs against, the space available, whether the idler bears on the inside or the outside of the loop, and how it mounts, because the mounting adapter is frequently the part that decides whether a given tensioner fits at all.

Motors, reducers, drives and controls

The drive side is what turns the shaft, what reduces its speed, and what starts, controls and disconnects it. The reducers came in May and the motors, drives and controls in July.

For the seven collections in this table the collection total and the addition are the same set of parts, because every product in them arrived this year.

Disconnects are listed at /collections/safety-switches. That listing does not currently show every switch in the catalog, so if the rating you need is not on it, call before concluding we do not have it. Explosion-proof motors have the same issue and are filtered more reliably from the electric motor finder than from a category link. Before ordering one, read the nameplate listing against the area classification: the Class, the Division or Zone, and the gas or dust group have to cover the area, and the temperature code has to be no hotter than the area allows. A Division 1 listing is acceptable in a Division 2 area; the reverse is not. Common voltage configurations across the line are 230/460V, 460V, 230V, 115/230V, 480V, 575V and 600V.

The reducer line

Reducers arrived in two steps. The Vortex line landed in May with 495 worm gear reducers, 271 reducer accessories, 107 inline helical units, 88 IEC metric worm units and 36 shaft mount units, 997 parts in all. More reducers came with the July electrical line. Whichever series you end up on, confirm the mounting before the ratio: a shaft mount and a foot mount of the same ratio and the same output torque are not interchangeable in the space you actually have. Horsepower and frames

The motor line carries 33 published horsepower ratings between 0.25 and 600 HP, and 197 distinct NEMA frame designations. The six most common frames, by number of products carrying that frame tag, are below. These are tag counts across the line, not a breakdown of any single collection.

NEMA MG 1 is the standard that fixes those frame dimensions and defines the Design A, B, C and D torque classifications. The design letter decides whether a replacement motor will start your load at all, and it is the field people forget when they cross a motor by horsepower and frame alone. Article 430 of the National Electrical Code covers motor branch circuits, controllers and overload protection, and it is the reason overload sizing is not a free choice.

Before anyone works on this hardware. A safety switch is a disconnecting means, not a work permit. Open it, lock and tag it, then prove the circuit dead with a meter you have checked on a known live source first. A variable frequency drive or a soft starter holds a charge on its DC bus after the line is opened, so wait out the discharge time printed on that drive's own warning label and confirm the bus is at zero before touching anything inside the enclosure. Motor-run and power-factor capacitors hold a charge the same way. Nothing on this page replaces the machine's own lockout procedure or the requirements of NEC Article 430.

What is on a motor product page

The motor pages carry specification fields rather than a bare part number: horsepower, RPM, voltage, phase, frame, enclosure, service factor, efficiency, full load amps, insulation class, IP rating, mounting, frequency and weight, plus datasheet, brochure, manual, catalog and wiring diagram attachments where the manufacturer publishes them. A worked example, the CDM10-18-215T compressor duty motor: 10 HP, 1800 RPM, single phase, 230V, 215T frame, ODP, service factor 1.15, efficiency 87.7, full load amps 38.7, Class F insulation, IP23, rigid base, 60 Hz, 148 lb. That is enough to begin sizing a starter, a disconnect and a base without a phone call. Final overload and branch-circuit sizing still follows NEC Article 430 and the nameplate on the motor that actually arrives.

Two smaller lines came in the same month and do not have brand collections to link. Siemens contactors, overload relays, soft starters and pump panels account for 62 parts, and the LAM line, IEEE 45 marine duty and IEEE 841 motors, accounts for 24. Ask for either by part number.

V-belts

The year opened in February with the PIX V-belt line: 3,480 banded V-belts and 2,072 heavy duty V-belts, 5,552 parts. PIX is the belt line added this year. Other belt brands on the site had their listings rebuilt during 2026, which moves the date without being a new line, and how to read the numbers explains why that distinction matters on a page like this one.

A banded belt is several V-belts joined by a common tie band across the top, so they enter and leave the grooves together. It is what you fit where single belts whip, turn over or jump out of the groove under shock load, and it has to run in a sheave whose groove spacing matches the band. Confirm the number of grooves and the section before ordering, because a banded belt with the wrong band spacing will not seat. What actually changed, and what did not

Most of 2026 is more part numbers in categories that were already here, and that is worth saying plainly rather than dressing up. More sheave sizes is convenience. Two things genuinely changed. The first is span: a complete drive can now be specified against one vendor and one purchase order, and the interfaces between the parts can be checked before anything is ordered rather than after two of the four boxes arrive. The second is that the conveyor side is no longer belt only. The belt, the fasteners, the pin, the tool, the clamps, the idlers and the bearings under the pulleys are all on the same order.

The interfaces are where multi-vendor orders go wrong, because every vendor ships a part that is correct in isolation.

  • Motor to reducer. Frame and mounting have to agree, which is why the C-face count above matters. A 56C motor and a 56C input reducer bolt together; a foot-mounted motor and the same reducer need a base and a coupling.
  • Reducer to drive. Output speed is motor speed divided by ratio, so the ratio you pick determines the sheave or sprocket ratio you need next, not the other way around.
  • Sheave or pulley to shaft. The bushing sets the bore. Confirm the bushing system, Taper-Lock, QD or Double Split Taper, before the sheave, because the same nominal sheave is offered for more than one system.
  • Belt to sheave or pulley. Section, pitch and profile have to match the groove that is actually cut, not the one on the old drawing.
  • Chain to sprocket. Pitch, roller diameter, inside width and strand count all have to agree, which is why #40 and #41 are not interchangeable.
  • Belt to fastener. Belt thickness, pulley diameter and duty decide the fastener, and the fastener decides the pin and the tool.
  • Shaft to bearing and seal. Bore, outside diameter and width for the bearing; shaft, bore and width for the seal. If the shaft is grooved where the old seal rode, add a wear sleeve.
  • Control to motor. Overload and disconnect sizing follows full load amps and service factor from the motor nameplate, which is why those fields are published on the product pages.
What this does not mean. One purchase order is not one shipment and not one delivery date. This is a purchasing and specification consolidation, and that is the whole of the claim. Frequently asked questions

Why is there no total for everything added in 2026?

Because it would be a judgement rather than a count. Bulk re-imports reset the created date on parts that have been on the site for years, so a date query alone cannot tell an addition from a re-listing. Do the collection counts tell me how much is new?

No. A number next to a collection link is that collection's total today, which is what you see when the page loads. Some of these collections are years old and grew during 2026: the V-belt sheave collection holds 6,602 and 1,875 of those are new, and the bushing collection holds 6,852 with 2,137 new. Counts given without a collection link are counts of parts in that line.

What did you add for conveyor work specifically?

The MATO fastener line: 1,959 parts across plate fasteners (Plategrip and Steelgrip), Riv-Nail, EasyClip, hinge pins, rivets, copper rivets, belt clamps and the installation tools. Idlers, tensioners and mounted bearings came in the same period. Is there a collection page for the bearings, seals and fasteners?

Not a category collection we can link from this page. The parts are in the catalog and can be quoted and ordered normally; the quickest route is the part number, or a photograph and the measurements if the number is worn off. Bearings, chain and couplings are also indexed from the power transmission hub.

Did anything get discontinued to make room for this?

No. V-belts, timing belts and conveyor belting are in the same collections under the same part numbers, and the belting side of the business is not being wound down. The 2026 lines are additions to the catalog, not a replacement of it.

What are the lead times on the new lines?

They vary by family and by part, and a web page is the wrong place to guess at them. Everything indexed here is available to order and ships from our Houston warehouse. Can I put a complete drive on one purchase order?

Yes. Motor, reducer, drive or starter, sheave or timing pulley, bushing and belt can be quoted and ordered together, and we will check that the parts agree with each other before the order goes in. One purchase order is not a promise of one shipment or one delivery date, so ask for lead times on the specific parts.

Which sprocket collection has the sprockets you added in June?

/collections/roller-chain-sprockets, 731 items, covering #25 through #80 chain. A second, older collection at /collections/sprockets holds 9,395 items and contains none of them. Both are real listings; use the first one for the June line.

Do the new product pages carry real specifications?

On the motor line, yes: horsepower, RPM, voltage, phase, frame, enclosure, service factor, efficiency, full load amps, insulation class, IP rating, mounting, frequency and weight, plus datasheets, manuals and wiring diagrams where the manufacturer publishes them. Bushing pages carry a cross-reference field listing the equivalent part from the major bushing brands.

Can you cross a part from another manufacturer?

For belts, use the belt cross reference. For motors, work from the nameplate through the motor cross reference hub and send us the photograph; horsepower and frame alone are not enough, because the NEMA design letter and the enclosure decide whether the replacement starts and survives the environment. The model-number tool crosses shaft-mount reducers, not motors. For bushings, the cross-reference field on the product page lists the common equivalents directly.

Do I need a flange on a timing pulley?

Usually on one of the two pulleys, and always on both when the center distance is long, roughly more than eight times the small pulley diameter, or when the drive runs on a vertical shaft. Standard practice is both sides of one pulley, or one side of each on opposite ends. Flanges are sold separately from the pulley and are specific to pitch and face width.
