Which EC508 perforated model should I choose?
It depends on your application. EC508 PR11 (11%) offers minimal drainage for light wash-down. EC508 PR13 (13%) has round holes for balanced airflow. EC508 PR22 (22%) provides maximum open area for blast freezers and IQF. All three support the same flights and sidewalls.
Can EC508 belts handle freezer temperatures?
Yes. In Polyethylene (PE), EC508 belts are rated to -73°C / -99°F for blast freezer and IQF applications. Acetal (POM) handles down to -43°C / -45°F. Polypropylene (PP) is limited to +5°C minimum.
How does EC508 compare to the HC508C-MTW?
