150 1/32" x Bare
Light duty with abrasion-resistant cover. Popular in agriculture, airline industry, packaged goods, and rubber fabrication.
QuoteAbrasion-resistant, heavy-gauge rubber conveyor belts engineered for the toughest industrial applications. Texas Belting and Supply stocks 150 PIW through 600+ PIW belting for mining, aggregate, recycling, grain elevators, and high-temperature environments. Available in standard, oil resistant, high temp, and hot asphalt compounds β cut to length and ready to ship from Houston, TX.
When your operation handles abrasive bulk materials like sand, gravel, rock, ore, or hot asphalt, standard belting won't last. Our heavy-duty rubber conveyor belts feature high-tensile synthetic carcasses rated from 150 to 600+ PIW (pounds per inch of width) with thick, abrasion-resistant covers that resist mildew, rot, and stretching under continuous heavy loads.
We also carry specialty compounds including moderately oil resistant (MOR), high temperature (up to 700Β°F), hot asphalt (HA), fire retardant/MSHA-approved, and cross-rigid (CR) belts for sidewall fabrication. Plus cleated incline belts and rubber skirtboard for complete conveyor system support.
2-ply, 150 lbs/inch width carcass. Ideal for agriculture, airline baggage, recycling, and general conveying.
2-ply, 220 lbs/inch width carcass. Standard, oil resistant, high temp, hot asphalt, and cross-rigid compounds for demanding operations.
3-ply, 330 lbs/inch width carcass. Standard, oil resistant, high temp, maximum high temp, and hot asphalt compounds for the most demanding bulk handling.
High-tensile 3-ply carcasses for the heaviest loads. Includes straight warp impact/rip resistant and open chevron belts.
Pre-molded chevron profile belts for bulk conveying on incline systems. Available in SBR and MOR compounds across 150, 220, and 330 PIW carcasses.
Abrasion-resistant rubber skirting for conveyor containment and chute lining. 65 Β±5 durometer. Available in 5 thicknesses.
Each belt compound is engineered for specific operating conditions. Use this guide to match the right compound to your environment.
General abrasion resistance for dry bulk materials: sand, gravel, rock, limestone, lumber. Best all-around compound for non-oily, ambient-temperature applications.
For oily grain, wood chips, sewage treatment, and any application where petroleum-based oils may contact the belt. Also available in static conductive (M-MOR-SC) for grain elevators.
HT handles up to 350Β°F (fines) / 400Β°F (lumps). Maximum HT handles up to 400Β°F (fines) / 700Β°F (lumps) β also called the "700 Degree belt." Foundry and high-heat processing.
Designed for the combination of high temperature AND oil exposure β hot asphalt, oily grain, oil-treated coal. Retains flexibility up to 350Β°F.
