V-Belt Identification
If you’re looking for the right way to power your business, look no further than Texas Belting and Supply. We have a wide selection of V-belt identification sections depending on your business’s needs. Belt identification ranges from A sections, AX, B, BX, C, CX, D, 2 to 5L, 3V, 5V, 8V, and 3XV, 5XV, and 8XV sections. Each section fits top widths from 1/2” to 1” depending on the section you choose. Our V-belt dimensions are perfect for various applications. V-belt identification is ideal for light-duty, heavy-duty, molded-clogged, wedge, or wedge-clogged applications. Call now with any questions or concerns; we’re happy to help you measure your V-belt so that your machines function properly.
A Section: (ex. A21)
Smooth
½” Top Width
To Determine Part Number: Take outside circumference of belt (length measured around outside of belt) and subtract 2. Example: If the belt is 23” in outside length, the part number will be 23-2. A21 is final part number.
AX: (ex. AX45) Dimensional information will remain the same as above.
